Coaching, Mentoring, Training & Consulting: Refunds are not generally offered once services have commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion or where stated in a separate agreement.
Digital Products: Due to immediate access, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Corporate Services: Payment terms, cancellation conditions, and refund arrangements will be governed by the relevant proposal or agreement.
