Social Impact Coach and Change-Maker
I work with organisations to weave social value and inclusion into the heart of how they operate, and with individuals who long for work that feels purposeful, balanced, and truly meaningful.
Through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and advisory support, I help businesses create cultures where people feel valued, energised, and able to do their best work — while giving back to the communities and world around them.
I also work one-to-one with individuals, supporting them to reconnect with their unique gifts and shape careers that feel aligned, sustainable, and alive.

Why this matters?
As technology re-shapes how we work, the most valuable leadership skills are becoming deeply human — presence, empathy, creativity, judgment, and self-awareness.
Many of us have learned to prioritise performance over people, productivity over purpose — leaving little room for intuition, emotion, or authentic expression.
But being human at work isn’t a weakness. It’s a strength.
Human-centred, embodied leadership helps people show up fully, builds healthier cultures, and allows organisations to perform well while creating impact that truly matters.
My work brings together creativity, leadership, and social impact — shaped by lived experience across the arts, senior corporate leadership, and coaching.
I began my career as an opera singer, later working as a drama coach and assistant director, supporting people to develop presence, confidence, and authentic expression. This creative foundation continues to shape how I work with leaders today — particularly around communication, self-trust, and leading with integrity.
I then spent nearly a decade in senior corporate leadership, most recently as Head of Social Value and EDI at Willmott Dixon Interiors, where I led an award-winning national team delivering social impact across projects up to £60m.
Under my leadership, teams generated £1m+ in Social Return on Investment, supported £90m+ in successful project wins, and provided career support for thousands of people, particularly those from underserved and marginalised backgrounds. This work spanned sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, hospitality, science and technology, secure environments, and retail.
Along the way, I experienced first-hand how purpose-led work can tip into over-working and burnout in fast-paced corporate environments with high demands and long hours.
That experience led me to found Social Impact Coach — to inspire organisations to live and lead more consciously, creating happier workplaces that contribute positively to the world, and to work with individuals to unlock their gifts, lead with heart, and give back in ways that feel meaningful, aligned, and sustainable
