Mentorship for Social Impact Leaders & Entrepreneurs

I’ve built and led a national social value team, supported career changers into impact roles, and experienced first-hand how purpose-led work can easily tip into over-giving and burnout. I’ve also started and grown my own social impact business, so I understand the realities of making impact work both financially and emotionally sustainable.
Now, I mentor and coach social impact leaders and entrepreneurs who want the tool and support to do the same. Working together, you’ll be supported to:

Conscious Leadership Coaching
This work is for leaders, executives, creatives, and change makers who sense there is another way to lead — one rooted in presence, courage, and integrity rather than pressure, performance, or burnout.
You may look successful on paper, yet feel a deeper pull to lead with more heart, embodiment, and aliveness. You may question the status quo, carry a strong creative or humanitarian impulse, or feel there is more for you to give — and a more fulfilling way to live and lead while doing so.

I bring the experience, insight, and expertise to support you to grow into a confident, authentic social impact leader.
I bring experience not only in doing the work of social impact, but in building, coaching, and developing award-winning social impact teams.
I spent nearly a decade in senior corporate leadership, most recently as Head of Social Value and EDI at Willmott Dixon Interiors, where I led national teams delivering impact across projects up to £60m. Under my leadership, teams generated over £1m in Social Return on Investment, supported £90m+ in successful bids, and delivered social value across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, science and technology, secure environments, and retail.
Alongside this professional experience, I have also lived the personal realities of purpose-driven leadership. Experiencing burnout led me on a deeper journey to reconnect spiritually, rebuild inner stability and self-trust, and develop a more grounded relationship with purpose and power. This journey fundamentally reshaped how I lead and support others.
I am an EMCC-accredited Master Practitioner coach and a Career Coach at the London School of Economics, working with students and professionals across international development, policy, humanitarian, and impact-driven sectors.
I combine deep practical expertise in social impact with coaching that supports conscious leadership — helping people lead with clarity, presence, and integrity, while creating meaningful impact without self-sacrifice.
